You are able to reschedule your appointment 24-hours before your appointment with no penalty. Two reschedules are allowed before forfeiting your deposit.

If you are going to be late, please call or text us. We provide a 7-minute grace period before an appointment is required to be rescheduled.

You must cancel 24 hours before your appointment. Anything less than 24 hours will forfeit your deposit. If you don’t cancel and don’t show for your appointment, you will be charged for your full service.

For safety and privacy, we do not allow guests in the suite during the appointment, with an exception for clients under the age of 17. Guests will be able to wait in the lobby.

We can absolutely wax you if it's that time of the month. But do keep in mind that the area will be more prone to sensitivity and you may experience more discomfort than usual. We do recommend you wear a tampon.

Parental consent is required for guests under the age of 17. All minors must be accompanied by an adult during waxing services.

Usually your wax will last between 3–4 weeks but everyone’s rate of regrowth is different, so results will vary between guests. But remember, with the right products, you can help extend your results longer.

You'll get the best results if you let the hair grow to about ¼ inch (think a grain of rice) so the wax can fully grab the hair.
