Your First Visit
Here's everything you need to know before your first appointment.
Finding us
We’re at 9945 Barker Cypress Road, Suite 200, #26, in Cypress, at The Boardwalk at Towne Lake. There’s free parking right out front. Head inside to Suite 200, then check in at the suite — Jaz will come out to greet you.
When to arrive
Come 5 minutes early. Running late? Let us know as soon as you can. There’s a 10-minute grace period, after which your appointment may be shortened.
What to wear
Something comfortable and loose, especially for bikini, Brazilian or leg waxing. Tight clothing can rub freshly waxed skin and cause irritation.
What happens
Jaz will ask a few quick questions about your skin and any products you use, explain each step, and check in with you throughout. Most first-time clients say it was much easier than they expected.
Does it hurt?
Waxing stings for a second, and it gets easier with regular visits because hair grows back finer. Brow lamination and facials are relaxing — most clients nearly fall asleep.
Guests
For privacy, guests wait in the lobby. Clients under 17 can have a parent in the room — just let us know when you book.

- 4Enter through the glass double doors shown in the entrance photo.
- 5Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.
- 6Once inside Suite 200, find Queen Beauty at #26.
